Greene County Royalty Dropped of Valentines Cupcakes for our Residents!

Queen Lydia Lansaw, Junior Miss Leah Wood, and Princess Avery Wright arrived with a cart full of Valentines Cupcakes to be delivered to the Residents of White Hall Nursing and Rehab. All three of these young ladies won their age group in the Annual Greene County Days Pageant of 2020. White Hall Nursing and Rehab would like to thank them for their support and kindness for the residents during Valentines Day! Also picture is Jill Spurgeon (Administrator), Pam VanMeter (Director of Nursing), and Scott Phares (Director of Admissions and Sales).

 

Christmas Family Night

You are cordially invited to join your family member or friend for our annual Christmas Family Night. It will be held Thursday evening, December 19 at 6:30pm in the dining room.  This year’s theme is “A Country Christmas”. Our very own, Scott Phares, will be our entertainment and will share the music from his new Christmas album. Join us for some festive fun!

Do you have beds available?

Bed availability can change on a daily basis. Please contact the Admissions Department for availability.

Do you have Social Workers to assist with discharge planning?

Yes, upon admissions, our social worker will meet with you and discuss the plan of care for the resident. They will follow up on the progress throughout the care plan and will meet with you to assist with discharge planning and initiate any home services desired.

How do I admit a loved one from the hospital?

Inform the social worker at the hospital that you desire admission to White Hall Nursing & Rehab. They will contact and fax the referral to our Admissions Department

How do I admit a loved one from home?

There are certain forms that need to be completed by the primary care physician including a History and Physical, State OBRA screening, admission order and a list of medications. The physician’s office will be familiar with these forms but please contact us; we would love to assist you.
