Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer outpatient Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for transitional, outpatient, and long term care patients.
Memory Care Unit
Our intimate and secured memory care neighborhood is designed to have a “home-like” appearance. We strive to provide a calm and quiet but visually stimulating atmosphere.
Rapid Recovery Suites
Private suites are available for your short term rehabilitation needs, with therapy offered six days per week, including modern amenities.

Memory Care Neighborhood
Home-Like, Secure, Intimate
We know that choosing the right care for loved ones diagnosed with memory disorders can be difficult. There will come a time when a person with a memory disorder will need more care than can be provided at home.
We're here to help:
- Intimate and secure 38 bed, family oriented unit.
- Cognitively stimulating activities individualized to the person’s functioning level.
- Enclosed Courtyard to enjoy the outdoors.
- Atmosphere created to help keep residents calm by providing visually stimulating wall murals promoting memory recall and reminiscing.
Rapid Recovery
Short Term Rehabilitation Center
Enjoy our separate private rehabilitation suites when you stay at White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our new Rapid Recovery Unit offers our short term residents all the amenities they are used to at home.
